The e-tobi packages are the testbed for the Debian packages and there are more packages in e-tobi than on Debian.

The Ubuntu vdr packages were taken from Debian and some from e-tobi, some slightly modified.

The e-tobi packagers are also the Debian packagers. Timo, the Ubuntu vdr packager is also a Debian packager.

So everybody’s cooperating already and things are fine, as far as I can tell.

Let’s work on that together in the MOTUMedia PPA.

We are providing a similar repository for multimedia related packages, and I'll happily include updated vdr packages for hardy and even earlier distributions there. Das Repo gefällt mir ;) Jedoch fände ich es toll, wenn noch der Multiproto/DVB-S2-Patch eingespielt werden könnten - denn anders läuft meine TT3200 nicht... Ich hab's auch schon mit VDR selbst kompilieren versucht, jedoch hab ich's nach dem 20. Fehler korrigieren aufgegeben. mfg Hi.
